Order details — name, email address, package, price, and notes you add at checkout.
Channel details — YouTube channel or Facebook page link, or username, that you give us so we can run the package.
Account details — when you check out, we create a customer account with your email address so you can view orders, upload a pay slip, and write a review.
Payment proof — bank-transfer receipts (photo or PDF) that you upload so we can confirm payment.
Messages — what you send through the contact form, WhatsApp, or email.
Reviews — rating, review text, and optional channel name or channel link if you publish a review.
Technical data — cookies needed for the cart, checkout, and logged-in account.

How we use it

To take, confirm, and complete your order.
To contact you about payment, your channel, or delivery — mainly by email.
To verify bank transfers and keep a record of pay slips.
To show approved reviews on the website if you submit one.
To improve the website and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only when it is needed to run the service:

Payment — your bank sees the transfer you make. We keep the receipt you upload.
Hosting and the website — our site and store software store orders, accounts, and messages.
YouTube and Facebook — we use the channel or page link you provide to deliver the package. YouTube and Facebook have their own privacy policies.
The law — if we are required to share information by law.

If you publish a review with a channel name and a public channel link, that name and link can appear on the website.

Pay slips and account data

Pay slips are stored with your order so our team can confirm payment. Do not upload documents that are not the transfer receipt.

You can update your name, email, and password from My Account. Display names should not be an email address.

Cookies

We use essential cookies so the cart, checkout, and login work. We do not use those cookies to sell ads about you.

How long we keep data

We keep order and payment records as long as needed for the service, accounts, and accounting. You can ask us to update or remove personal details that we no longer need to keep.

Ask us to delete an account when there is no open order that still needs it.
