Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you use the Nextwave website or buy a package. By placing an order you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund and Return Policy, and the Delivery Policy.

Who we are

Nextwave provides YouTube channel growth packages — including subscribers, watch hours, Shorts views, and full monetization help — as described on the packages pages.

The service

  • We match a real audience to the content you already have. We do not edit your videos.
  • We do not use fake or bot services.
  • Results and timing depend on the current state of your channel. Typical completion can take around 30–40 days, but this is not a fixed promise for every channel.
  • You can usually choose an audience country from the options shown at checkout (for example Sri Lanka, India, USA, or UK).
  • We do not control YouTube. Subscriber counts, views, watch time, and monetization approval can change because of YouTube’s rules and systems.

Your responsibilities

  • You must have the right to use and grow the YouTube channel you submit.
  • You must send a correct channel link and any notes we need.
  • Your content must follow YouTube’s rules. We may refuse or stop a package if the channel or content is illegal, hateful, or clearly against YouTube’s terms.
  • Keep access to the channel while the package is running.

Orders and payment

  • Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless we say otherwise.
  • Payment is by bank transfer. After you order, transfer the amount and upload the pay slip (photo or PDF) from My Account or the thank-you page.
  • After you upload the pay slip, the order moves to Payment Checking until we verify it.
  • The full package price is paid when you place the order. There is no advance or remaining balance.
  • We create a customer account with your email address so you can track the order, upload a receipt, and write a review.

Delivery

We aim to start within 24 hours after payment is confirmed. Delivery time then depends on the package and your channel. We will contact you at the email address you gave at checkout. Full details are in the Delivery Policy.

Refunds

Refunds follow the Refund and Return Policy. In short: you can get a refund if you cancel before we start; after we start, paid amounts are not refunded except where we cannot complete the package.

Reviews

If you submit a review, you allow us to show it on the website with the name or channel name you provide, and with a channel link if you add one. Do not post anything false, abusive, or that you do not have the right to share.

Website use

Do not misuse the site (for example hacking, scraping in a harmful way, or uploading malware). Package descriptions, prices, and offers can change. Limited-time offers end when we say they end or when stock / capacity runs out.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nextwave is not liable for lost profits, lost subscribers, or YouTube decisions (including demonetization or channel action). Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. If a part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
